According to analysis, Longyan and garment export growth was mainly due to the following aspects: the impact of international financial crisis, coastal clothing factories have relocated to lower-cost labor-intensive areas of western Fujian, the increase in Longyan and garment export enterprises; and garment export tax rebate rate increase and local government preferential policies, such as introduction of incentives to raise the enthusiasm of enterprises.
